We have conducted in-depth analysis of the specific needs of new energy vehicle manufacturing, particularly the technical requirements for connecting battery pack structural components, and have successfully developed specialized riveting equipment specifically for new energy battery manufacturing.

This specialized equipment addresses the lightweight design and safety performance requirements of battery packs, solving the problem of reliable connection between composite materials and metal materials in complex structures. The equipment features a modular design, allowing for rapid adjustment and configuration based on different battery models and structural characteristics. Simultaneously, we have developed a dedicated process database and quality traceability system to ensure that the quality of every connection point is monitored and traceable.
