In 2022, Shuntai Automation achieved a significant industrial breakthrough. After years of technological accumulation and market validation, our third-generation fully automatic servo riveting equipment successfully entered mass production. This equipment integrates several of the company’s core technologies, including a high-precision servo control system, intelligent pressure monitoring algorithms, and adaptive process parameter adjustment.

To ensure product quality and production efficiency, we have established a rigorous production management system. From supply chain management and production planning to assembly, debugging, and quality inspection, detailed operating procedures and inspection standards have been developed for each stage. We invested in and built a dedicated assembly production line, equipped with advanced testing equipment and platforms. Through lean manufacturing management and continuous process optimization, the equipment’s production capacity and quality stability have been significantly improved. This year, our equipment sales covered more than twenty provinces and cities across China and began to enter the international market, establishing a strong brand reputation in industries such as automotive manufacturing, home appliance production, and electronics assembly.
